I had the same 21days of Optifast, I wasn't really hungry after the first 3-4days but the cravings were insane and I HATED everyone who ate around me. But I did lose 23.5lbs and there was a huge dip where my liver sat and shrunk, was a great motivator

I lost 30lns the first time I did liquid diet for 3 weeks. That was before my surgery. I am just over 3yrs out now and gained 49lbs with my pregnancy booooo so starting tomorrow I'm doing a 3 week liquid diet as well! Ahhhh! message me if u want

I am very lucky my other half went on it with me. If I where you i would just keep myself busy put yourself out there to help with none food things! I am here for you if you if you need me when im in a place where there is a lot of food I get on my phone and get on here and just read and read!!
