I have an Excel spreadsheet that has almost 100 grocery store' date=' frozen, and fast food items that are all high in Protein (and I'm adding to it all the time). Molly3613 0 Posted August 16, 2013 I see it logged into my fitness pal and on the nutrition label it has 23 carbs. Very high on the carbs. I am still going to get one.
