Today made the surgery feel much more official. Hate needles but it had to be done. A total of 3 hrs for my appt today, very helpful to meet the anastisialogist and nurses....gives me a nervous stomach though. I challenge myself to embrace each and every fear that comes through this journey and will do so by showing up when I need to.
