Tank 112 Posted July 25, 2012 Long story short, I've always been a healthy guy. Division one athlete, MMA fighter, husband and father of 3. However life, compound fracture of the Right knee and ACL/MCL/PCL tear in the left equaled no more cardio and my weight got over 300 lbs. I coach high school and youth football but found that I just couldn't do much of anything due to my knees. Add hypertension and my health was in the dumps. This surgery has been the boost I need. My motivation wasn't a particular size or weight; just being healthy. I had surgery on 7/19/12 and have begun the road to a healthier - better life! 1 ladyspl reacted to this

Tank 112 Posted July 26, 2012 How are you feeling? Thank you so much for asking!!!! Im pretty uncomfortable at the moment. Gonna take some meds and lay down for a min. I've noticed that I go through peaks and valleys in terms of my energy so I'm trying to walk in the peaks and rest in the valleys.
