Cheesy Shrimp

Recommended Posts

I don't even think I'd call this a 'recipe' since it's so simple, but I just made it tonight and wanted to share.

I took 2.5 oz of shrimp, cut it up into 1/4ths and grated parmesan and smoked gouda over it after seasoning with garlic powder and fowl/fish seasoning then microwaved it for 30 seconds to get the cheese somewhat melted followed by broiling it for about 5 minutes or until it looked all melty and delicious. It was like shrimp mac n cheese

That sounds so good. I'll have to try that.

Why puree? Let me know how it turns out

And I thought mine was bad! Pure liquids for 5 days after surgery (aside from Protein shakes) pureed food until nutritionist visit (3 to 4 weeks)

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
