barebones 28 Posted July 24, 2012 I am having such a hard time getting stuff in!! I hate the Vitamins ! I am tired of Protein shakes! I can't get all the Water in no matter what !! Help guys ! cottonkime 23 Posted July 25, 2012 How far out are you? Protein Shakes try the carnation instant Breakfast it's lighter and a little easier to drink. You could also try throwing it into a blender with ice! As for the Water, try adding MIO or crystal light in a 32 oz water bottle and force yourself to take a sip every 5 min. ~Christi~ 54 Posted July 25, 2012 Watch the MIO. I found on the label that is does contain caffeine. Most of those do. Crystal Light is a good choice or try low calorie Gatorade (or G2). Bottom line is, to stay healthy you have to get all these things in. You gotta find your way of getting it all in. It took me 4 weeks to figure mine out. It is hard in the beginning to find what works for you, but you had this surgery to make a change, and that's what this is. I hope you find what you can handle. Look through the forums on here.
