Fill per Month

Does this seem pretty common to have one fill per month or is that to frequent.

I don't think there can be a "rule" about how often to have a fill. From my own experience, and what I've read, it's highly personal.

If you still aren't restricted enough, I would say it is fine.

I guess it depends on how restricted you feel. I just had a fill 2/9/07 and I have not had one since I left TX back in 6/06. I finally found a Dr. to do it in New Orleans and he told me to see him in a month. I was long over due.

My doc lets us get a fill every 2 weeks if we are not feeling restriction...so I guess that could be 2/month. Good luck!

I think i've always waited too long between fills - i would and will assess every month now - i can't waste any more time. Once a month seems to be ok in the U.S. (and even Mexico) - no sense waiting if you don't feel it's enough - just be sure you read the thread about adjustments - i now print it out and put check marks next to everything to make sure i am really ready etc.
