pug.twins 26 Posted July 23, 2012 I found this recipe in one of my books.< /p> It is certianly one of my favorites. My most recent on mixture is: 1 whole container of 1%cottage cheese (you can choose any cottage cheese) 1 package of sugar-free Lemon Jello mix Mix the jello mix with the cottage cheese together. I scoop out a 1/4cup of blueberries and at to my cottege/jello mix. Delish. I have used also Lime. still very good.
Ellie_Grace 271 Posted July 23, 2012 It is also really good if you add some low fat light coolwhip and some canned fruit. The kids love it too, so something you can make for the whole family and feels like a dessert yet is very healthy.
atcgoddess1 37 Posted July 23, 2012 Is that a 16oz container of cottage cheese?
Ellie_Grace 271 Posted July 23, 2012 Yes, it is. Oh I think the larger curd cottage cheese tastes best for this, but just my opinion. Whether you add cool whip or not.

Lebim 381 Posted July 25, 2012 I read this is also very good with sf pudding then blended to make it extra creamy w protein! You mean blending pudding and cottage cheese? Sounds like it wouldn't be good, have you tried it? - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/

At first I thought you meant a ready-to-eat pudding cup mixed with cottage cheese, but I just looked up a recipe and did: - 16 oz 2% cottage cheese - package of sugar free 'jello' pistachio pudding mix (serves 4) - 2 cups of fat free milk And blended until creamy. It's in my fridge now to 'set' but I had a taste and you'd never know it is basically all cottage cheese, it's just creamy delicious pudding! I'm so excited and amazed about this high Protein snack - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/
