Approved but still no surgery date ... hard to stay focused when i have to keep bothering the office...get me a surgery date! Bert_n_ernie 60 Posted July 22, 2012 I would call and bypass the front desk people. Talk to your nurse, or even try to get in touch with your surgeon. If all else fails you might want to contact a patient advocate lawyer and see what they say. The squeakiest wheel gets the oil. Make yourself a pain in their butts. Literally call every day until you get an answer. Once they start to get annoyed they will start asking questions and make.it happen.
