Found this great app for smartphone users. You can set up what you want (protein) and what you don't want (added sugar) and it will give you a food score, quick list of nutrients, and alternatives. You can also scan barcodes. Super helpful in the Soup aisle yesterday. I scanned a can of soup and it gave me a quick list of better options. Also very helpful for allergies. Tells me quickly which products contain egg ( my son is allergic). Eat well!
