Anybody have any tips for retraining the brain? I've found myself falling back to my "old" way of thinking this week. It's upsetting to find yourself there ~ any tips that worked for you would be much appreciated!

I've tried to think about food now as fuel - focusing on Protein, rather than a reward or something desirable. There have been moments of craving but I come back to my personal mantra... No bite or taste of food is as important as a future with my children. That's it - pretty simple but it's keeping me focused.
