I know that it doesn't have any Protein but I am making low fat potato salad for my brothers birthday party tomorrow. Have any of you eaten potato salad since your surgery? I don't want to eat a lot but I make really good potato salad and would like to eat a little.

Yes I've had a couple bites with no negative results. Just keep it to a couple of bites and enjoy it

Thanks I'm looking forward to it! I am also making deviled eggs. I've eaten everything in them already so I think I should be fine with them as well.
