I have well sorta....theres a free one on blogspot.com you just have to have gmail account. BTW worked 1/2 day Wed and Thurs did great!

I have been documenting my weight loss journey on YouTube :) I go by bandedvtchick because I started my weight loss journey wanted the lap band but changed my mind May 31st to gastric bypass
