I need more Fiber in my diet. Any suggestions besides powders because Im sick of them.

My nutritionist always said for meals eat your Protein first then a veggie. I guess just make sure you can try to eat more low carb veggies like green Beans cucumber broccoli etc... I know Splenda makes a packet with Fiber if you use that too. Unfortunately all the best things like whole wheat breads and cereals are off limits!
