Start Pureed Tomorrow!

I I start pureed tomorrow! Any good recipes to share? And I'm excited to finally start getting some flavor and food but scared I don't wanna eat the wrong thing or purée it wrong and hurt myself!! Am I over thinking it?

My favorite us fat free refried Beans thinned with chicken broth. Mix up then melt 1/4 c reduced fat cheddar. Blend. One can makes about 4 - 2oz servings. I also like ricotta cheese with sugar free Tomato sauce. Add some oregano and garlic salt. I have also made chicken vegetable Soup from scratch and blended it to be a thick broth. All 3 have a lot if Protein. Good luck!

I was told that if it is low carb enough, you can purée it. My friend actually puréed a chilli cheese dog - although I wouldn't recommend it. You can use chicken, beef, ham broth spaghetti sauce, milk etc to thin out your foods.

You can purée a meatball w sauce, beef stew, chilli, baby beef or chicken with cheese and taco seasoning.

My favorite is strawberry Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and cheesecake sf pudding!
