And I'm excited to finally start getting some flavor and food but scared I don't wanna eat the wrong thing or purée it wrong and hurt myself!! Am I over thinking it? Beachbum 70 Posted July 18, 2012 My favorite us fat free refried Beans thinned with chicken broth. Mix up then melt 1/4 c reduced fat cheddar. Blend. One can makes about 4 - 2oz servings. I also like ricotta cheese with sugar free Tomato sauce. Add some oregano and garlic salt. I have also made chicken vegetable Soup from scratch and blended it to be a thick broth. jenneliza 257 Posted July 19, 2012 I was told that if it is low carb enough, you can purée it. My friend actually puréed a chilli cheese dog - although I wouldn't recommend it. You can use chicken, beef, ham broth spaghetti sauce, milk etc to thin out your foods. You can purée a meatball w sauce, beef stew, chilli, baby beef or chicken with cheese and taco seasoning. My favorite is strawberry Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and cheesecake sf pudding! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
