I'm so sorry I haven't been on much.....being in love definitely has a lot to do with not being on....I've been so caught up in him that my mind won't focus anywhere else lol! With that being said sorry I haven't been on I've been bad and haven't been following my diet right because of everything going on in my life! I finally reached my 100 lb goal but then I gained 9 lbs how I have no idea unless its because of birth control! I have been around watching but been so busy because everything I haven't been able to active!

Make sure you get your Protein in if nothing else. I know love will make you forget to eat and everything else! : ) you always can pm me so that I know all is well since I don't do FB....
