Lift your left arm over your head. That's what worked for me - guess it stretched my insides or something. But I sure looked silly on my walks with my arm over my head- but it worked! Lol

I will def be trying that. As I can't lay on my left side since I have a rose pen drain (painful).

It really sucks to not be able to pass gas. I just hope that by next week I'm able to get in and out of bed without feeling like my stomach is going to burst. Ugh!

I walk a lot and it helps. But as soon as I lay back down I'm dying again.

I know this will all be worth it in the end. But this is SO hard for me.

I'm finally going home. After being unable to drink liquids without doubling over in gas pains, I am finally able to tolerate liquids and pass gas (yippee!)

Now to start a new chapter in this journey of mine....
