I did Isopure (the ones that are bottled)... For food I had the sugar free pudding, sugar free apple sauce, sugar free carnation instant Breakfast, panera bread french onion Soup (yummy... Just strain the chunky parts and no cheese on top), dannon light n fit yogurt, squash pureed, sweet potato smashed, chicken broth, chicken Soup well chewed, sugar free popsicles and fudgesickles, I also drank that EAS carb control shake (eeew)....

Its tough, but hang in there... It'll pass!

opurity chicken Soup flavored Protein. Mix an ounce with an ounce of cream type soup or v8 Soups to thin it. I bought a case of protein blitz but can't stand it. Will be doing lots of Protein Shakes too.
