Oh if you have a smartphone there are apps that are great motivation. On my iPhone there is a livestrong app and one called my last cigarette. They help you track your savings and health benefits. Also good motivational quotes and pictures!

Iv got the live strong app doing the cutting back part that's slower but by the end I will have quit with out killing coworkers lmao so hats off to you on going it cold well done

I'm about 5 months smoke free! It feels amazing. I was truly tested when I was around my best friend on Saturday n she was smoking. It was hard but all I thought about was this surgery n the cravings weren't gonna last. Good luck hun n great job!
