melville5 19 Posted July 15, 2012 Walk lots of Water and a hot shower really relaxes you. Also the leg exercises lay in bed stretch out calf mucsles and then raise your knees to stomach. And try to pass gas or burp. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
nomorefat 74 Posted July 15, 2012 Drinking how liquid helped me alot. I had horrible gas pains for almost 3 weeks. The hot liquid helped me as soon as I drank it. It wasn't a cure all, but between that and walking it sure helped Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

jenneliza 257 Posted July 15, 2012 As a nurse we tell post op patients to walk, warm showers and drink warm liquids and gasx. Unfortunately there really isn't anything else I'm aware of.
