mamalovesfootball 13 Posted July 14, 2012 I'm 3.5 weeks post op. I bought "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" last night. I really wish I'd bought it prior to surgery. It has some really good info for post op too. recipes, support, exercise, meal plans, etc. I highly recommend this book! It talks about stalls too! It's really reassuring for those at all stages. 2 berniec and EEsMom reacted to this

MommyHand 45 Posted July 15, 2012 I just had my consult on Thurs. I bought this book last weekend and read it cover to cover. My surgeon was impressed with how much I knew. It is definitely informative and thorough. Worth the $10 for kindle

EEsMom 15 Posted July 24, 2012 When I ordered that book, I also ordered the weight loss surgery vcookbook for dummies. That's the best guidebook! Has everything you should know from pre to when you're on real foods. Even tells you how to set up your kitchen and what you need in it. That's gonna be my go to book. Bringing with me today for nutritionist appt and when I see Dr. Should suggest everyone gets it to his patients. 1 mamalovesfootball reacted to this
