We had a food day at work... pizza, Pasta, mayo filled pastas, Cookies, cakes...ect I didn't really feel like I wanted to eat all of that It just sucks that I can't. lotstolose 23 Posted July 14, 2012 EAT....... Everything comes down to portion. You are able to eat a lil Pasta. A sliver of pizza. You just have to know when to walk away. By you depriving yoirself of normal foods you will regret your decision more and more. Yes the sweets are a no no. Smart choices little tates of approved foods will not make or break you day. Remember you can onlyeat a lil bit now make it worth you while.
