I saw these while I was at the store today.has anyone tried them?

10g Protein

150 calories

1g sugar

5g fat

I have not and still pre op but the reward for the calories doesn't seem that great. My Protein shakes have around 28g Protein with only 100 cal and 2 carbs.

Might be a good treat though
