Does anyone have medicaid fidelis in new york and if so what did u have to go tbrough

Where in NY are you? I'm from Long Island. I'm pretty sure most medicaid HMO's in NY cover gastric bypass. The only way to find out what they require, is to call their member services number usually listed on the back of your ID card.

Yes Medicaid covers gastric bypass & lap band but I don't know the rest.
