I received my sugary date. I am super excited but I can't help feeling overwhelmed. I have a pretty good support system. But I also have the few that are not so supporting. I am exactly one month to the day from surgery. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions.

I am 17 days from surgery as I can totally relate! I would say that spending time with your own thoughts would be good too. Your doing this for you and no one else matters!
