Kayla Theriot 7 Posted July 6, 2012 Today I went to the gym after being cleared for exercise and walked/jogged a mile! And must I say.. DAMN I FEEL GREAT! What kind of exercises do y'all do? I'm fixing to move to Korea and I am looking forward to also hitting the gym there!
