babygirl901 173 Posted July 5, 2012 Did anyone else have problems sleeping? The only way I can get a full night's sleep is by taking 2 pain pills. And I'm not in pain.
nish 102 Posted July 5, 2012 Try moving from the pain pills to melatonin. It is a natural non-addictive sleep aid. Sells in the Vitamin area. Bu as recommended you should be free of distractions (no tv, no reading) take it and lay down. It will not knock you out like a narcotic but may help. music1618 879 Posted July 5, 2012 You can also try valerian root. Make sure you get the one without the odor.

chaotica 96 Posted July 7, 2012 Also! You can buy all natural sleep gummies from Walmart. Sugar free!!! I have suffered from insomnia for years and those worked great! There is melatonin and chamomile. Only about seven dollars for a good months worth!
