Could be lots of things, dehydration causes that for me. Also low blood pressure. If it continues you may want to check in with your doc.

I've been dizzy too. I'm drinking lots of extra Water and going to have some broth for sodium and see if that helps. It could also be from not enough calories.

I'm not consuming enough calories my self. I don't even think it adds to 500cal per day.

I'm not even counting. 1/4 cup Cereal with milk. Mini muffin. I need to check my instruction. I'm taking my Vitamins & Calcium but I know I should be eating mire but I'm not that hungry & 4 bites I'm full.

What cereal and muffin are you able to eat????

I had Quaker oatmeal squares and the muffin is little Debbie little muffin blueberry comes 4 muffin on a pouch but one fills me up.

i'm still in preop but I can't even get all 4 shakes in now that i'm in ketosis. i'm lucky to get three but usually two. have been using 'my fitness pal' app on my phone and tracks cals. usually about 400 day. would like to take in more but not hungry or wanting more...

I get dizzy and light headed all the time. I notice it more when I forget to drink and if I neglect my Vitamins. I asked my Dr about it and he just said make sure I'm drinking enough through out the day.
