jenneliza 257 Posted July 5, 2012 i'm still in preop but I can't even get all 4 shakes in now that i'm in ketosis. i'm lucky to get three but usually two. have been using 'my fitness pal' app on my phone and tracks cals. usually about 400 day. would like to take in more but not hungry or wanting more...
