bellepink77 44 Posted July 3, 2012 I slept on the couch nearly sitting up for the first 2 weeks. In the bed for a week now and I made my husband switch places with me. I swing my feet to the floor then I push off my husband using only arm muscles I placed a kitchen chair next to my bed and I slide myself on the chair then I use the desk to push up with using only arms and leg muscles. Oh I usually sit in the chair for a few min before getting up cuz I'm super sore when I first wake up Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
