Hi,

I take the elixir every four hours. No drained for me as well. I'm on stage 3 now. Eating 1 oz of Protein 3 times a day. I had broth, Jello, popsicles, crystal light and one tablespoon of scrambled eggs. Waited 30 minutes to drink. So far its going well. Also walking is my best friend. Hope you are well.
