3 day clear liquid diet going well today ia day 3 and so far is alot easier than the past two days. Surgery tomorow at 730 am have to be there by 515 am oh boy. Alittle nervous still but should be expected. The journey begins 365 now 210 here i come.

Well its 430 in the morning and getting ready to go to the hospital i will update as soon as i am up and at it . God be with me and keep me strong 365 pounds signing out new life here i come.
