Struggling To Focus Pre-Op

Hi I'm a month pre-op & am struggling to focus on what's ahead. Ive been having some serious binges (my usual reaction to stress/nerves!) & am worried I'm not prepared enough. Anyone else feel that way close to surgery? It's almost like I'm on a bit of a food bender :(

Hi

My surgery is next Tuesday. They put me on a liquid diet , 5 shakes a day and one lean meat, 2 cups of green vegetables a day. I started on June 20, its awful. I cheated twice, feel terrible about it. Lost 4.5 pounds but gained 2 pounds :-( I go in on Monday before surgery to weigh. Hopefully it will be ok. I was 303 pounds before liquid, 298.5 on liquid before cheating. Please keep me in your prayers.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
