music1618 879 Posted June 29, 2012 Have had such a bad day. I have not eaten because I got sick yesterday several times. I also had cravings all day of things I used to eat. I am happy with my weight loss so far 30 in a month, but these are the days I ask my self is it worth it. I knew people here would understand. Thanks for letting me vent a little. kiwiladydee 402 Posted June 30, 2012 Hey Samantha, Everyday will not be perfect. I got sick off medication and just could not stomach anything for a day or two. But, just start off slow introducing things back like Soup or Popsicles.
Beachbum 70 Posted June 30, 2012 Any thoughts on why you were getting sick? Eating too fast? Stomach bug? I'd put a call into the surgeons office if it keeps up. Sorry to hear you ate feeling so lousy. I hear you on the cravings. Been thinking about nachos and diet coke all day ;/
music1618 879 Posted June 30, 2012 I know I should eat, but after being so sick yesterday it is tough to be motivated. I got sick in the am from medication, and at night I tried fish for the first time and my body did not agree with my choice for dinner.< /p>
