I Was Able To Hold Food Down

I didn't make the best choice but I got my family taco bell & taco bell grande. I ate 3 hard shell with the bean & cheese. I waited & waited went down good. Took 2 bites of soft taco shell. Everything stood down & that was all I can fit. Drank Water. Went to the market bought fruits & other stuff. Ate 2 pieces of pineapples it's staying down. Hopefully I will be able to continue eating but not outside food so I can feel better. Thanks for all your wonderful advice.

Thanks yes it has been. I was basically giving up,but I was like chew chew chew. waited & wala didn't come back up so I was like yesssss!!! So gonna try some melon. I love melon.

Thanks girl yes I was like I don't want just crackers & Water. I gotta get food in my body. I'm starting to feel normal now.
