sweet 98 Posted June 28, 2012 Ok I'm 19 weeks today, and for the past three weeks I have only lost one pound a week... some weeks the darn scale won't even move. Not sure why its slowing down sooo much. I still have A lot to go! I'm starting to think that I'm not gonna reach my weight goal Has anyone else gone thru this? I'm soon to be 5 mons... I was hoping to be a lot thinner by this point.
KevinsBabyGirl85 364 Posted June 28, 2012 Mine took off at 1st girl and then stopped for 2 months and now that I'm loosing again I'm only loosing 2 lbs a week! I totally feel yea but my friend who is 2 years out told me about 5 months it slows down and by 6-7 months it speeds back up! I hope she's right!! I hate loosing this slow while everyone else is loosing a lot! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

DLCoggin 1,788 Posted June 28, 2012 Very, very common and absolutely nothing to worry about. It's all part of the process. It seems to be different for everyone and occurs at different points in time, but just about everyone has stalls, lulls, plateaus - whatever you want to call it. Stay focused on the protocol, stay active and stay away from the scales for a couple of weeks. You'll be back on track in no time!!
Mrs.D 39 Posted June 28, 2012 I'm told if you hit a plateau, change up the exercise routine, add Protein, and make sure you are not washing out your pouch by drinking and eating at the same time. You have done phenomenal so far, so you know this is just temporary!
Sunflwr76 45 Posted June 28, 2012 I've been at a stall for about 2 weeks now and I'm only 3 months out. I just had my 3 month check up yesterday & talked to the dr and was just told it happens..that's it. Not real enthused with their answer :/
