dstollery 290 Posted June 27, 2012 I started myself on optimum's whey Protein mix's. Its main ing. is whey protein isolate, with whey protein concentrate. I love the chocolate, strawberry and the vanilla. I buy the 5 pounders. They are 53.00 a pop. I cant handle the kind that are grainy. If anyone has a good flavored one that is cheaper, and not grainy let me know!!! also if any of you are pro's with label reading and body needs can you verify that this is a good option? 5 Lbs. lorid 13 Posted July 11, 2012 The nutritionist recommended muscle milk light. It doesn't taste too bad. I also have nectar which also tastes good.
