felloff17 10 Posted June 26, 2012 My loss has been funky like this as well but it follows the schedule of my irregular monthly cycle. Could be hormones
mignonsmom 28 Posted June 26, 2012 I wish it could be hormones, but I had ovarian and uterine cancer at 23. No hormones in the making and can not take any. I guess I will increase Protein and doctor gave me ok for gym. He told me to trash scale but I put it away again. I will check in a month. Thanks guys

john 181 Posted June 26, 2012 This morning I took my scale outside and bashed it with a sledge hammer into little bitty pieces . It was the best thing I've ever did. 6 Tammy483, DLCoggin, Violet2577 and 3 others reacted to this

nomorefat 74 Posted June 26, 2012 My scale isn't moving either, but I know inches are coming off ( 30.5 so far). I feel better each day. I attempt to get in my Protein, everything I eat has protein, I try to get my 64 oz of fluids and I do Protein Shakes about every other day. It will happen, I try not to focus on the # 1 lynn reacted to this
