Miss Crystal 1 Posted June 25, 2012 hello everyone, I am doing everything my Dr has asked and Ive only dropped 3 pounds in almost 2 months...I work out hard at the gym, so is the slow weightloss normal ?! Can anyone help with with some advice on how to drop more weight, I have to drop at least 30 lbs before surgery.. :/ Im stressing out Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Lolipop86 9 Posted June 25, 2012 When is your surgery> HAve you tried limiting your carb intake? HOw about substituting any of your meals for a Protein Shake or even a slim fast shake? bekki03 51 Posted June 27, 2012 It is hard, I have been pretty successful with the plan my nutritionist puts all the patients on. Everything you eat should be in the single digits for fat and sugar. I stopped drinking soda and sweet tea. Good luck! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
