As gross as swallowing may sound to me (no offense and no judgment) I hear its very high in protein! So you may be able to supplement your Protein intake that way : )

Just a little info for y'all, it's not that bad but it really depends on what he/she eats. The More fruit you eat the better it taste. Especially PINEAPPLES!! Lol
