Somebody stole the "Flying Spaghetti Monster" from "South Park".:faint::)

The FSM originated as a satirical website response to a debate as to whether Creationism/Intelligent Design should be taught in a local public school system. The dude who started the site said that he wanted his theory, that of the FSM, taught in addition to Creationism should this be allowed in the state school system.

The site and the Noodly Dude Himself were achieving some underground degree of reknown even before those fabulous South Park boys ran with the FSM.

(By the way, Green loves South Park. She continues to be a fan. She has also converted two Frenchies to the joys of South Park.)

And lo! His noodly juice is marinara sauce and His meat is hot Italian sausage and meat balls. And the words al dente shall be spoken by all of ye who dine here.

Green has been a practising Pastafarian for many, many years now. It is this that has made her fat!

How the farkin frip did I miss this thread?

I have proof...

The Flying: This part of the Flying Spaghetti Monster gives it flight, allowing it to span infinite distances in infinitesimal spans of time. This part is irreducibly complex, hyper-real (see Weird Calculus), and cannot be broken down into components. Doing so – if it were even possible, and it isn't – would incur the wrath of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. It is proven by this series of math-like squiggles.

(The original formula revealed to Pastafarian scholars did not include the butter and toast element, which is necessary to relate kittens to antigravity. The Flying Spaghetti Monster inspired this revision one day He skipped Breakfast.)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
