Yep I eat at sweet frog every once in awhile! I don't eat much because too much has caused me to feel funny!

Lol nope just the regular frozen yogurt! I can say that it helps to make me use the bathroom if I haven't in a couple days but it doesn't surprise me because I'm lactose intolerant!
