angel bear 2 Posted February 8, 2007 Argon, Look at how great you are doing! 99lbs is nothing to scoff at. Give yourself a Pat on the back and just start again this week. We've all been there and we'll join you in kicking the scale. Happy lb hunting/target this week.

Dame J 0 Posted February 8, 2007 Congrats BlueGem on making the choice. I was lurking here for quite some time before I decided to do the surgery. I have found this site to be extremly helpful. Welcome and good luck with the future banding.
CLOE 0 Posted February 8, 2007 Congratulations Bluegem!!! Thank you. I feel like a weird person. Okay, you cannot type THIS, and expect me, or Yoda, for that matter to not respond! FEEL, WEIRD??????
argon 3 Posted February 8, 2007 Yeah... weird! I guess different too. I am constantly thinking "what am I doing trying to put these jeans/shirt/whatever on!?" Then I put them on, realize they're an 18, and too big. I have lovely rolls on my back, they're shrinking, yes... but not fast enough. I honestly think if they were gone, I might be ok with everything else. They make me not what to wear anything too tight that'll show my 'back fat', or get trapped in it! Hopefully though, with the speed they're moving, at least I'll be getting down a few more sizes at least before these puppies are gone. *edit - oh yeah... I'm not scoffing! I'm super happy and proud of the 99lbs. Maybe 99 even sounds more cool than 100?! I just want it to move already and let me keep going!!!*
bandiva 0 Posted February 11, 2007 Well...I reached one goal by getting under 100 pounds to lose. The excercising...not so much, but I am working on it. lol.
