kmiller 146 Posted June 26, 2012 Hi mignonsmom! I don't think I would go back to liquids, without checking with your Dr.. I have increased my calories, and I'm starting to lose again. I think my body was just in starvation mode and holding on to sustain life. I was nervous thinking I would gain, but that's not been an issue.
DLCoggin 1,788 Posted June 26, 2012 K, I understand slow to no weight loss is driving me. I take in between 300-500 calories. But I was thing about going back to liquids, maybe ? Maybe just a stall, plateau? I've read about cases here on the forum where stalls have lasted a number of weeks. Long term, I would think it would be almost impossible not to lose at least some weight on 300-500 calories a day. What does your doctor say? For me a liquid diet is just not sustainable. I had a tough time with it for just a few weeks!
