john 181 Posted June 21, 2012 Are you chewing 30 times per bite until it dissolves in your mouth? Also do not drink while you eat if you are. Eat slow

KevinsBabyGirl85 364 Posted June 21, 2012 I 2nd John! At first I didn't always chew good enough and it used to always come back up in my throat even Water sometimes! Sip and chew well! Don't drink and eat at the same time....try eating a bite and read a good book it helps to chew good and to take your time! Something that I had to learn the hard way! ChatCat 24 Posted June 21, 2012 Call the Dr's office. Don't wait any longer, there could be something wrong like a stricture. You have been through enough already and you need food.< /p>
