Eating

I have lost 80 lbs since my surgery on April 23rd. I eat some but not the amount that they want me to. I just don't feel hungry. Is anyone else having trouble like this

Im 23 days post op and im having the hardest time eating. Putting food up to my mouth to eat it is super difficult bc i either feel discusted & cant eat it or i feel nautious . Im trying really hard to follow my eating plan but its hard to eat when you dont want to.

I'm only 5 days post surgery. I am so afraid to eat. I'm afraid I'll make myself sick. My Protein Shakes are really nasty. Any suggestions?

Try the Syyntrax nectar shakes. They are the best! I like the Twisted cherry. Tastes very much like fruit punch.
