Workouts

Well I start Water aerobics tomorrow ... yah.... and then insanity next month ... I wanna workout as much a possible before surgery and of course after once I'm healed. Doing all I can to prevent loose skin... getting firm now.

I do yoga/Pilates, Zumba, run on track, walking,weights and machines and cuircut training I make myself workout at least 3 days a week but I normally do Monday threw Friday. I feel great when it's done, I'm loving my new found energy after loosing some weight.
