pointer 92 Posted June 21, 2012 Well I start Water aerobics tomorrow ... yah.... and then insanity next month ... Michelle96 13 Posted June 21, 2012 I do yoga/Pilates, Zumba, run on track, walking,weights and machines and cuircut training I make myself workout at least 3 days a week but I normally do Monday threw Friday.
