dmariesc 84 Posted June 18, 2012 I'm so excited! I had a Denver scramble for lunch! Made enough for two 1/4 cup servings! With 1/4 egg substitute, 1 oz lite ham, 1 T lf cheese, tomatoe onion and pepper ( 1.5 tsp f each) it was yummy and went down great. I cut up all the veggies and ham really small.
