BC pills are less effective after surgery, they are 'time release' and since you have less tummy/bowles they travel through faster then before. Just a heads up you'll want to talk to your doctor about it.

Haha we asked it at the pre op appt- the doctor laughed and basically implied as long as we are not crazy in what we do it was fine as long as I was not in pain!
