I need help can someone tell me how they deal with strech marks

Wat can u do to make thems disappear almost wat can I use or wat u recommend ? I feel so sad the my arms n tighs r so ugly cause the strech marks I cry everyday cause of this help plis

I asked my dermatologist and she told me that mederma for stretch marks work. However my are white and she said they are harder to get rid of.
