My 6 Month Visit

It's official. I lost 104lbs. My body fat is 40% from 50%, waist 42 from 53, chest 43 from 52, arms 11.5 from 14, hips 47 from 61. Totaling 44 inches lost. I am totally shocked on the inches. Now I just wish I would move again.

Thanks! Now, I am not moving on the scale. I have been fluctuating 202 to 205. For almost a month. Grr
